Located on the Jordan River
Main dishes which are served in the restaurant are high quality juicy meats and Vegetable Antipasti
The dishes are served on hot iron pans and Turkish Taboon oven pastries:
lavash- Turkish pastry with Nigella and Sesame
Lachmajon- Thin and crispy pastry with meat on top
Homemade fresh salads
Of course all served in abundance and with a smile.

Iskandar Restaurant offers a variety of company/private event option:
  • In Iskandar restaurant - up to 200 guests. 
  • At the Turkish Sultan's Palace - covered in winter - up to 200 guests.
  • At the new VIP facility - up to 350 guests.

Buffet-style sandwich meal:
Warm home-made ciabatta bread
Cold cut platter: Smoked Italian salami, turkey pastrami, and tuna salad.
Galilean tehina, home-made humous, and matbucha (spicy Moroccan tomato sauce).
Fresh vegetable platter and pickles.
Vinaigrette cabbage / coleslaw.
Soft drinks: Lemonade, orange, and water.

Burger meal includes:

Salad bar:
Selection of Iskandar home-made salads.
Side dishes:
Traditional Toros mountain majadara or fragrant rice.
Herb potato boats in olive oil, garlic and rosemary.
Istanbul chicken wings in garlic honey sauce.
 Main dishes:
Served on a sizzling platter with a selection of Turkish-style antipasti.
Oriental boneless chicken thigh bits grilled in a spice marinade.
Iskandar kebab - home-made Kackar-style kebab.
 Soft drinks: Orange, lemonade and water.
Coffee bar: Turkish coffee, tea, mint, and instant coffee.
Dessert: Home-made Turkish vanilla-fig ice cream.
The meal is served at the table by the wait staff.
Agent's price:  NIS 85 net including VAT. (the price excludes wait staff service charge).

Steamed green beans in honey and sesame sauce.

Served on a sizzling platter with a selection of Turkish-style antipasti.
Grilled aged entrecote in a chimichurri sauce.
Oriental boneless chicken thigh bits grilled in a spice marinade.
Iskandar kebab - home-made Kackar-style kebab.
