A culinary experience opposite an intoxicating vineyard landscape in the Golan Heights
The Adir Winery and Adir Dairy invite you to enjoy unique tastings of quality wines and cheeses produced onsite, arriving straight from our winery and dairy to the Adir Visitors Center. The Center is located in the Dalton industrial zone, and situated opposite an intoxicating vineyard landscape
The venue offers a short video viewing for the whole family, wine and cheese tastings, healthy light meals accompanied by Adir wine and pleasant music, high quality and unique gift bags

Location of the winery: Dalton industrial park (between Dalton and Kerem ben Zimra)
The facilities are certified kosher and are closed on the Sabbath
The Visitors Center has a business license and is insured for various visitor activities

Hours of operation of the Visitors Center: Sunday-Thursday: 9:00-17:00, Friday: 9:00-14:00
Number of people at a single time: up to 100 in the winter, up to 450 in the summer

Indoor activity: 100 persons maximum
Outdoor activity: 450 persons maximum
Activities are held in Hebrew and English

 

Cheese workshop
The workshop teaches the amazing process of turning goat’s milk into goat’s cheese
An introduction to the world of cheeses, types of cheese, the various steps of production, basic principles for preserving cheese, the distinction between good and bad bacteria, and the benefits of goat cheese
In the practical part: each participant will receive a burner and goat’s milk, and will produce cheese and season it according to his or her taste
Afterwards, each participant will taste 4 types of goat cheese made in the dairy farm in order to assess the professional potential of the cheese he/she has prepared…(suitable for 10-50 participants)

Wine Workshop
The workshop includes a tour of the vineyards, an introduction into the world of the vintner, the different types of terroirs and their effect on the quality of the wine, various grape cultivars (red, white), specific information regarding the terroirs of the plateau region of Kerem ben Zimra, how to taste wine and using all five senses to taste the wine

The workshop includes a tour of our vineyards and an explanation of the types of wines (seasonal availability), a comprehensive and professional tour of the winery . An introduction into the world of the vintner, the different types of terroirs of the plateau region of Kerem ben Zimra, how to taste wine and using all five senses to taste the wine
Tastings of various Adir Winery wines and the differences between them (suitable for 20-50 participants)
